In the last decade Parisian art & lifestyle publisher of photography, fashion, art and design books, Assouline has been making headway into America. Though they've had "corners" or branded Assouline Shops in Shops for years now, late last year they started opening boutiques - the first in New York last year in Plaza Hotel.
This upcoming Monday (12/14) is the grand opening of their Los Angeles outpost set inside of the newly open Bastide bistro - food and books, makes sense, yes ?
Open house will begin at 11am with a special appearance from author Angella Nazarian from 1-3pm and 5-7pm along with items from La Bastide's Chef Jospeh Mohan will be served all day and cocktails from 5-8pm.
