I first posted about Mathieu about a year ago. Mathieu used to work as a photo assistant and would be in PIX pretty much all the time. I did an interview with him back in Feb of '09 and recently saw him again at the Society of Publication Designer's event at Smashbox where local art directors were asked to pick their favorite photographer. Mathieu was Angeleno magazine photo editor Lisa Thackaberry's pick.
This Friday, Mathieu Young will have an opening exhibition from 6:30 - 9 pm over at Wildfire Studios.
