So y'all remember the "Instant gratification" opening reception @ Bergamot Station last Jan 2010 ? It was held at the Copro Gallery with live music and food trucks. Apparently the news got out into the mainstream media and the place was completely packed. I remember glazing over the crowd outside and wondering how did all these people managed to show up at the same time. Visitors had to be usher in a few at a time to prevent overcrowding in the gallery.
The Instant Gratification exhibition tour was so successful that this Saturday in Santa Monica is the book release (and polaroid party) of "Still Developing : A Story of Instant Gratification", a book containing polaroids from over 200 photographers around the world.
