The Loft at Liz's is a unique gallery space above Liz’s Antique Hardware over on 453 S. La Brea Avenue. I'm sure many of y'all have seen it on La Brea, near 6th St. It's just a few blocks down from PIX (we are over on 211 S. La Brea). This Saturday is the opening reception for their "Month of Music" combing live music with art. Reminds me a bit of Art Bar that ran in LA in the early 00s - anyone remember that ? This Saturday it is the music of No’a Winter Lazerus and live painting by Luis Cannizzaro as well as photos by Joanna Garland. This event is free. Check their site for list of upcoming performances.
