I don't know much about Tom Andrews. I first found him on LAist where his photos are sometimes used and found myself drawn to them. I've always have a love for street photography and you can just feel the photographs he has taken of Los Angeles from the glances of the subjects to the mundane to the just plain weird (I like that shot of the two kids in the toy car next to the SUV). He's got over 1,400 images posted over on FLICKR so if you have a few hours to kill, go at it !
