Who says New Yorkers aren't helpful ?
Tweenbots is an experiment by Tisch School of the Arts student Kacie Kinzer. This little cardboard chap sets off from the North-east of Washington Square Park with a flag informing people that he’s trying to get to the South-west corner. Along the way he inevitably gets stuck on and under things, which is where the surprising kindness of a handful of New Yorkers comes in.
My favourite part: “One man turned the robot back in the direction from which it had just come, saying out loud to the Tweenbot, ‘You can’t go that way, it’s toward the road.’”
