Stephen Berkman "The Dark Side of Light" lecture (6/16)

Artist and photographer Stephen Berkman will present an evening of his work, which employs antiquated photographic and optical processes. Berkman will also discuss his quixotic art in the context of the early history of the photographic medium, including phenomenology, spirit photography, and the technical processes used to achieve them. He presently resides on the faculty at the Art Center College of Design.

ALL HAMMER PUBLIC PROGRAMS ARE FREE. Tickets are required, and are available at the Billy Wilder Theater Box Office one hour prior to start time. Limit one ticket per person on a first come, first served basis. Hammer members receive priority seating, subject to availability. Reservations not accepted, RSVPs not required.

Parking is available under the museum for $3 after 6:00p.m.
