Miracle Mile Art Walk (11/21)

Yes folks, it is time for the Miracle Mile Art Walk again ! A chance to get out, visit galleries, see your neighbors and enjoy a night out.


4:30 pm. Host Gallery, Artist Reception and Talks I & II - DNJ Gallery - 154½ N. La Brea, the main gallery opens the upcoming exhibition “Aqua & White” featuring the photographs of Maria Luisa Morando. Gallery II presents “Going Home: Toronto” displaying unique acrylic and photographic works by Annie Seaton. Morando and Seaton will also give Artist Talks I, and II. Balloons will identify the gallery.

5:30 pm. Reception and Artist Talk III - David Desanctis Gallery - 314 N. Crescent Heights Blvd. with artist Helen Garber. Light snacks provided. Balloons will identify the gallery.

7:00 pm. Artist Talk IV - The Loft at Liz’s - 453 S. La Brea Ave. Various artists will discuss the current exhibition Erotic…..ahh!, by guest curator, Lucien Fiiyer-Smith. Balloons will identify the gallery

8:00–10:00 pm. After Party and Reception: Thomas Paul Fine Art – 7270 Beverly Blvd. celebrating the close of the 2009 Miracle Mile Art and featuring the closing reception of the current exhibition, “24 Square”. Light snacks, beverages and music. Balloons will identify the gallery.

Saturday November 21st 1- 5 pm

The Miracle Mile Art Walk site is a bit light on details right now but check it as it gets closer for more info. I found the info above from their Facebook page though I suspect more events will occur.
