+ Photographer Stephen Wilkes set up his camera to take a photo every 10 seconds for a day at Wal-Mart for Fortune Magazine. What I learn is that if I ever go to Wal-Mart, go at 6:17 am and all will be fine.

+ Deadline for Foam Magazine's Talent Call 2010 is May 1st. "The best advice I could give is to submit a coherent and consistent body of work that ultimately you are happy with. + Also May 2nd is the last day to catch "Changing the Focus: Latin American Photography 1990-2005", an exhibiton organized and curated by MOLAA is the first survey exhibition to be presented in the Los Angeles area of Latin American photography and photo-based art generated between 1990 and 2005.
