A shot of the tropicana at night with all the Harleys The Laughlin River Run was hit hard by the reccession in 2009. Attendance was down around 50%! After 10 years I was part of the group that did not attend. Wednesday night is usually slower, but last night was a ghost town. The event is really suppossed to kick into high gear today. I guess we will see. Either way, we will have a great time. There are tons of Bikes, Babes and Beer!

So many of y'all know Robert Sanchez, our rental manager here at PIX is a Harley rider. Every year he uses his vacation time to take off on the road. Back in 2008 when I started the blog, we followed Robert to South Dakota on one of his rides.

This year he's heading out on the 28th annual Laughlin River Run, billed as the largest west coast motorcycle event. While he's on the road, he'll be updating us on his adventure via photos taken and emailed via his HTC Windows PC phone.
