Oh what has sprung from the Downtown Art Walk ! I supposed feeding off the success of the Art Walk (last time I check, roughly 5,000 people venture through from noon to 9 pm according to the Art Walk's site), there will now be a Fashion Walk so downtown designers get a chance to show their craft. Thursday August 20th is the date and will continue on the THIRD Thursday of every month. Note that the Art Walk is on the SECOND Thursday of every month. The walk will encompassed the area with 4th St to the north, 7th St to the south, Broadway to the west with Main St. to the east. Stores and studios will stay open longer and hold special events. As for the Broadway Walk, I haven't found much details yet but will update when I do. Both walks run at the same time.
