Studio 528 is offering 15% off their rates if you mention PIX blog from now till end of April. 528 is actually more of a location. Yes there's white walls and you could put seamless up but I think that be a waste of this unique space.
Previous clients include commercials, photos and video shoots. Some rearrange or bought their own furniture. This is on the 5th floor so looking out the windows you can see Spring and 5th (the last shot is from the west facing window). Here's some info from their site :
