Honestly I don't get it. So this story is from Texas. A videographer from Action4 news is arrested by the police. In the video you can see the officer telling Victor Castillo to move. Victor had set up his camera to get some footage. Okay, no problem, he moves further away and he sets up his camera back up again. There's no audio released from what happen afterwards but from another camera from a different tv station captures the officer arresting Victor.
Okay, granted I don't have all the facts -perhaps Victor says something to irritate the officer and the officer loses his cool and arrests him. I dunno folks....
So....you arrest Action 4 camera guy but you leave Channel 48 camera guy alone ?
