It was the mid-90s and I was in love with Floria Sigismondi . Call it what you want but I loved her work in that decade and she moved between the music video world and photography world. You may remember some of her earlier videos such as David Bowie "Dead Man Walking", Tricky "Makes Me Wanna Die" and Marilyn Manson "The Beautiful People".
Her latest venture is a feature film called "Runaways" and this weekend (March 12-14), there'll be a pop-up gallery of selected stills taken by Sigismondi on the set of the movie over at Space 15 Twenty. 100% of the net proceeds from the sales of the prints will be donated to Stand Up for Kids. Come join Sigismondi for the opening reception this Friday from 7-10 pm.
